Return & Exchange Policy

At thryonixs, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your shoes don’t fit or meet your expectations, we make returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.

Returns & Exchanges Window

You can return or exchange your shoes within 30 days from the delivery date. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • In the original packaging, including all tags and inserts

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@thryonixs.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions to send the shoes back.
  3. Send It Back: Pack the shoes securely in the original packaging and ship them back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned shoes:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or style:

  • We’ll ship the new pair as soon as we receive your returned shoes.
  • If your exchange is for a higher-priced item, you’ll be charged the difference.
  • If it’s for a lower-priced item, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Shoes that have been worn outdoors
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
